MDC Back now in over 40 sizes
The most popular 150 mm deep back is now offered in heights from 200 mm to 600 mm and widths from 300 mm to 500 mm. The MDC Back provides excellent midline postural support and positioning while the curved 180 mm tall built-in contoured laterals offer exceptional thoracic stability.
MDC and DC Back with New Contour Depth
The JAY J3 Back offers 4 types of contour depths: Shallow Contour (SC) which provides 50 mm depth, Mid Contour (MC) with 80 mm depth, Deep Contour (DC) & Mid Deep Contour (MDC) with 150 mm depth.
The MDC & DC Back is now also available in an Extra Deep version with 180 mm depth.
NEW! Heavy duty compact mounting hardware
The heavy duty version of the compact mounting hardware is just as tailored to your needs. Focusing on greater stability and adjustability, the mounting hardware easily mounts and dis-mounts onto your wheelchair with reduced movement when mounted. Adjustable in width, depth, angle and height, the heavy duty version can also accommodate a higher maximum user weight of up to 225 kg! Compatible with the UT and SH heights, It's also transit tested and approved.

JAYMount™ Hardware
JAYMount™ hardware is designed to clamp to back cane tubing widths of 1 1/8" to 3/4 "; mount around obstacles such as towel bars, armrest receivers, and side-guards; accommodate up to 2" in width adjustment; angle backward with little or no loss of seat depth; and attach and remove with minimal effort. Never deal with complicated back hardware again.
Spine-Align: Let the Back Fit the User
Fitting the back to the user not the user to the back is the goal of the Spine-Align Posture Conforming system. This is accomplished by combining a wide range of individual foam components to create unique shapes that optimize postural support, evenly distribute pressure, and maximize function. Velcro strips attach to each shape so they can be placed into hundreds of configurations. The flexibility of the system is boundless.
